On September 4, the participatory style music festival ”Ensembles Tokyo,” directed by musician Yoshihide Otomo with the aim to promote the appeal of Tokyo, took place on Miyukidori Street in front of Tokyo Station’s Marunouchi Central Exit.
Inspired by the idea to decorate the “Ensembles Tokyo” venue, participants brought along pieces of cloth, which were then sewn together in a patchwork style, to create a large, colorful furoshiki (wrapping cloth) in the “Project FUKUSHIMA!” workshop that was also part of the program.
